“Creating a business requires much work and dedication, for which not everyone is cut out. If you are a highly motivated risk-taker with a vision with the dedication to sacrifice a lot to achieve that vision, only then entrepreneurship is for you.” – Devendra Vishal Jaiswal.

Entrepreneurs are people who start businesses based on new ideas. They take on their

endeavour, assuming all the risk in hopes of generating employment and bringing the change

they desire to see. A serial entrepreneur takes on this challenge repeatedly. Mr Devendra Vishal

Jaiswal is one such successful serial entrepreneur.

With an experience of 25+ years in the banking industry, he has also established himself in a

diversified set of businesses like publication, storytelling, blogging and the skill development

industry. He is the co-founder and CEO of multiple organisations – Storymirror, Bloggers

Alliance, and KidsChaupal Infotech are a few to mention. While Storymirror believes everyone

has a story to tell, KidsChaupal believes every individual is unique and talented. Mr Devendra

believes in making room for ideas and experimentation for inspiration to strike.

With a strong sense of optimism and great leadership skills, he has been the wind beneath the

wings of many young people. The world of work has experienced unprecedented social and

cultural upheavals in recent years, and Mr Devendra believes that organisations must become

aware of the challenges of developing their skills and talents. To continue in the current

globalisation, crises and technological revolutions, he believes it’s important to focus on skills

with the current necessity to innovate and renew themselves.

His self-reliance and desire to keep innovating have been the reason for the success of

businesses and have even provided him with the leverage to help jump-start more ventures in

the coming years.

“If you are going to start a new business, you need to make sure you make a statement. The

thing with ideas is that no one owns them,” says Devendra while talking about inspiring youth

interested in pursuing their entrepreneurial dream
